Leer and Kipyego to Race Boston Indoor Games

Eugene, Oregon – OTC Elite will send Sally Kipyego and Will Leer to Boston this weekend to race at the Boston Indoor Games.  The elite event will take place at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston, Massachusetts on Saturday, February 6^th.

Leer will be making his 2010 debut in Boston in his signature event, the Mile.  Leer will be aiming to break his OTC Elite record of 3:56.63 as he looks to qualify for the USATF Indoor Championships, which are to be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the end of February.

Kipyego, who is coming off of a strong third place performance at the Millrose Mile last weekend, is excited to race a talented field in the 5,000 meters.  Kipyego, whose personal best in the 5,000 is 15:09.03, is shooting for a solid performance as she looks toward the outdoor season.
